SHAMBALLA CHAKRAS
I AM BUSY CREATING THIS SITE AND ALSO WORKING ON KNOWING MYSELF! WE GO ON THIS JOURNEY TOGETHER HERE. IF I'VE HEALED EVERY PART OF ME, THERE IS NO REASON FOR ME TO STAY HERE, (IN THIS BODY ON THIS PLANE). WE MAY NOT LEAVE THIS LIFE UNTIL WE HEAL WHATEVER WE CAME HERE TO HEAL. PATIENCE PLEASE AS I MAKE THIS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE AND ALSO ENJOYABLE FOR BOTH OF US.
explore self-discovery, focussing on your self. understand the divine essence within you.
When life feels overwhelming and you find yourself disconnected or stuck, it is a gentle call from within for change. true healing begins with the courage to look inside and understand your essence. my mission is to walk beside you, providing simple and nurturing tools that helps unlock the peace already residing in your heart. You are ready to shed what's not your true nature and rediscover your natural state of clarity and self-knowing.
IF YOU ARE HERE YOU ARE READY TO BEGIN.
"ATOMS"
WE START WITH ATOMS BECAUSE THAT IS THE FUNDEMENTAL
OF WHAT OUR HUMAN BODIES ARE MADE OF AND EVERY THING ELSE.
THERE ARE MANY KINDS OF ATOMS. THERE ARE OXYGEN ATOMS
IN THE AIR. THERE ARE IRON ATOMS IN OUR BLOOD.
THE SMALLEST POSSIBLE PIECE OF ANY THING THAT IS CALLED
AN ELEMENT IS MADE OF ATOMS. THE FUNDAMENTAL BUILDING BLOCKS
OF THE UNIVERSE.ATOMS AND ENERGY IN YOUR BODY
WORK TOGETHER AS A
BIOLOGICAL ENGINE DRIVEN BY CHEMICAL BONDS AND
ELECTRICAL CURRENTS.
YOUR BODY DOES NOT CREATE ENERGY FROM SCRATCH: IT
EXTRACTS CHEMICAL POTENTIAL ENERGY LOCKED
INSISDE THE ATOMS OF YOUR FOOD AND CONVERTS IT TO
MECHANICAL MOVEMENT, HEAT, AND THOUGHTS.
YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM AND HEART FUNCTION USING ELECTRICITY,
MANAGED BY IONS (ATOMS HAVE GAINED OR LOST ELECTRONS,
GIVING THEM AN ELECTRICAL CHARGE).
WHEN YOUR BRAIN SENDS A THOUGHT OR YOUR HEART BEATS,
GATES IN YOUR CELLS OPEN. THESE CHARGED ATOMS RUSH THROUGH,
CREATING AN ELECRICAL CURRENT THAT TRAVELS ALONG YOUR
NERVES INSTANTLY.
